At this time we do not accept returns.

9. Why am I getting an error when trying to checkout with a gift card?

Due to platform limitations, gift cards cannot be partially redeemed. A purchase must also exceed the value of the gift card.

10. How often do you release polish, and how often do you restock a sold out permanent polish?

Short answer is - as often as time/life allows. We always make announcements and tease upcoming product on Instagram, so feel free to check on there.

11. Why do your prices vary so much?

We decided that instead of pricing by formula type that we would price by cost per bottle. The higher the cost it is for us to make a nail polish (usually this is one or two particularly expensive pigments), the higher the retail price.
